Return Conditions:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exceptions: Items on promotion or sale may be subject to different return conditions. Please refer to the product description for details.

Return Process:

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed return instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Package returned items carefully and be sure to include the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the package. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning items.
  • Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned items, we will conduct an inspection to ensure they meet our return policies. Once the inspection is complete and the items are deemed eligible, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Note: Personalized items are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
