    • Home delivery within a 25 km radius around the location: Verdun Montreal Quebec H3E 1B5, Canada for order over 30 CAD with a price of 20 CAD. 

  • Shipping Costs: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and your location. Free shipping for orders over 60CAD in all Canada. Out Canada 5 CAD more.

    Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return Conditions:

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed return instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Package returned items carefully and be sure to include the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the package. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning items.
  • Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned items, we will conduct an inspection to ensure they meet our return policies. Once the inspection is complete and the items are deemed eligible, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Note: Personalized items are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
